The original manual contains several (apparent) errors. These have been
faithfully reproduced, and are documented here to avoid confusion:

p9:
The list of *FX commands should probably be:
	*FX25,X1,Y1
	*FX25,X2,Y2
	*FX25,X3,Y3
	...
	*FX25,Xn,Yn
rather than:
	*FX X1,Y1
	*FX X2,Y2
	*FX X3,Y2
	...
	*FX Xn,Yn
as shown.

p13:
The word list contains only a single word, is not prefixed by a "LIBRARY n"
header and the word listed is included in the list on the next page.

p18:
Word 26, "FOOR", looks from the allophones (and the surrounding words) as
though it's really "FOOT".

Although I haven't altered the text to correct errors like this, I have tried
to fix any formatting problems that were present in the original. For example,
the entry for "COMPONENT" on p20 had some extra spaces in it and wrapped round
on to the next line, spoiling the formatting of the table.
