Here are two manuals both relating to the MASTER MOS.

The first MOS+Manual-v3.10 I found on a BBC disc as a text file. I just neatened it up.

The second and probably more interseting MOS+Manual-v3.50 was lent to me by Chris Richardson, I scanned it in and OCR'ed the results. It is a basic guide to fitting the new MOS+ ROM and the differences, bug fixes etc.  It is a near perfect copy of the original.

How Acorn actually implemented the 128K of code on a 28pin ROM is a bit of a mystery. Certainly there are no standard 128K 28pin Eproms around.

The program that is at the end of the manual is also included in this archive in the standard format under the name GENBITM.
