Here are two manuals both relating to the MASTER MOS. The first MOS+Manual-v3.10 I found on a BBC disc as a text file. I just neatened it up. The second and probably more interseting MOS+Manual-v3.50 was lent to me by Chris Richardson, I scanned it in and OCR'ed the results. It is a basic guide to fitting the new MOS+ ROM and the differences, bug fixes etc. It is a near perfect copy of the original. How Acorn actually implemented the 128K of code on a 28pin ROM is a bit of a mystery. Certainly there are no standard 128K 28pin Eproms around. Comments would be appreciated.
