Instructions for PC+ 1 meg Upgrade for the 512 board wanted

I would like to get my hands on the fitting instructions for the PC+ 1 megabyte upgrade for the Master 512 board. Just the instructions for fitting the 1 meg upgrade to the 512, where all the wires go. I have the upgrade, but no way of fitting it to a 512 board
