Despearately looking for 1 BBC Rom

It was an educational title. Phonic Code Cracker or Rapids. You got a sentence and you had to put the right word into it to make it a complete 1. Then after 3 right in a row or something you got to play a mini game called rapids where you played with a boat and sped it along trying to avoid stuff.
