I'd say yes, there may be a few that dont but the only incompatability I had was when I updated the original Master 128 MOS from 3.20 to 3.5
Whereupon games like Strykers Run refused to work, tho I wasnt to worried as I upgraded the MOS for its enhancements rather than game playing at the time.

You might like to read my "Hints & Tips on Converting Games to the BBC Master" on TBI-142. Discusses patches for games that rely on accessing the character set and 640 times table in the OS1.2 Rom, fixing character graphics, and substitutes for *FX commands on Basic programs that run with PAGE=&D00. Some advanced games also use other parts of the OS1.2 Rom which are more difficult to patch short of disassembling the entire game but email me if you need any help. |
