can you give more details;

Has it ever worked? does it power up? what is diplayed on the screen, if anything.

Does it have any modifications ie. disk interface/ROM board etc

Describe this Roll over ROM,is it game or application? Ive never heard of it.

The more info you can give, the better chance of someone being able to spot your problem.
