HELP, any one a econet guru? And can spare some email time?

Trying to set up a small econet for my self to play with, I have all the kit I need I hope.

Im unable to *notify any of my other units, im doing this to prove I can talk. Could be I have not cabled it correctly, Or some thing can any one help?

My aim is to get a print and file server going.
