Very valuable hint from Mike:
Don't start BBCIm from Windows Explorer. First open a DOS window (from Acessoires). Then cd to the directory that contains: bbcim.exe, the disc image and the beeb files. To add beeb files to the disc image enter: bbcim -a [disc image] [beeb file]. BBCIm should report that it has added the beeb file to the specified disc image.
