Acquiring the package:

You will need to get the hex-encoded form of the program onto a disc, then
run the BBC Hex-to-Binary converter to convert this to binary form. The
resulting file can be programmed into a 27128 EPROM, or loaded into sideways
RAM and used from there.

Description:

Fanfare is a Teletext carousel display system. It incorporates a mode 7
screen editor, which can also be used to prepare stand-alone screen files.
The system allows you to hold almost 200 pages in a file, and display them
according to a programmed sequence.
